A little bit about me:
My name is Carl, I have been lifting since 2007. Every sense that day I have loved it and I've not stopped nor do I every plan on stopping.
It takes a lot of hard work and dedication to achieve the changes in your body that you want. Reaching your goals isn't something that happens overnight.
I always do my workouts in the mornings. I just finished the Kris Gethin 12 week program and have dropped a total of 35 lbs sense I started that program.
Now I just started the 2 second week of his 4 week DTP program, so with being said lets get right into this log. Here's todays session done without Maniac because It hadn't arrived yet but it was here when I got back home from the gym.
My goal during this log is to continue with my weight lose, I'm 5 lbs away from my goal. I also want to put on muscle mass and with the help of Kris Gethin I have been doing that.

Doing the old cell phone post lol. Welcome guys thankful to have you all tag along. @ kowean you'll get it man try doing this in your head, when you get ready to lift a weight or if you have a set amount of reps you want to hit. This may sound crazy but I always picture something bad will happen to someone I care about if I don't get the weight I want or the reps. It sounds crazy but it really pushes me to give it all an leave nothing

nice calve strength indeed. sorry to hear about the strained calf. The Kris Gethin programs have got me doing moer stretching, and it's helped me from getting injuries so far
