6-8 servings of milk a day, 1 lb of meat per day, olive oil, almonds, 4 servings of peanut butter a day, 4 servings of oats a day, 2 cups of rice a day(sometimes pasta), I sometimes eat a whole pizza on my off days, occasionally a donut or two, english muffins, etc.
Edit: I know I am missing some foods, but all of that usually adds up to 5k. If I need a few hundred more I eat more meat with olive oil.
