    2 months into bulk

    ok guys so iv been bulking for around 2 months and i just wana know how im doing. i went from 160 to 175 right now which i know is alot but i havent noticed much fat gains. i started bulking on aug 25 with 3k cals

    Do you have an end weight in mind? Right now you're definitely looking bigger and haven't put on too much fat which is a good thing. If you don't have a goal weight I'd set one as well as how long you want to bulk for. So let's say you set your goal at 190 in 4 months and you end your bulk if you hit 190 or when the 4 months are up. Doing this helps track progress and keeps you from "spilling over" (getting too fat)

    yea probably i was guesing 185 since i have a contest in april 2014

    Yeah so I'd recommend keeping up whatever you're doing until 3-4 months out from your contest and then start cutting. You shouldn't need a lot of time for a cutting phase considering you're BF% isn't too high. If anything I'd maybe bump up your calories to 3,300 and throw in one week every 4 weeks where you eat at maintenance. Personally, this works really well for me and increases my weight gains by a lot.
