    What should I do...

So I've been bulking for about 10 months now, I went from about 150 to around 190 now, give or take a few pounds. All of my lifts have been going up ( dumbbell from about 65 for six reps to now 100 for six reps, bent over rows from 135 for 8-12 to about 190, squats went from about 110 8-12 to about 225 now, deadlift from 135 to about 300) Note: I didn't start deadlifting and squatting until about four months ago because I listened to my dad and he told me they would mess up my back, eventually I decided to just do them, with proper form of course.

I was about 161 in this picture now sure of the bodyfat, I'm guessing around 15%

this was me about two months ago at 180 something

I have been doing PHAT and if I do decide to cut I was thinking of switching to a strength program. I was originally going to bulk until 200 but im desperate what should i do?

What are your goals? Are you strictly trying to get stronger or do you want to look good too? Personally, your BF% is too high right now and is only going to increase as you continue to bulk so I would lean up. Nothing crazy, but cardio 3-4 days a week and take in slightly less calories than your caloric maintenance. Keep up the big compound lifts! Squats and Deadlifts are the foundation for a good physique.

Strength isn't my concern it is how I look...the reason I'm asking this is because I don't think I've gained a significant amount of muscle... What would you say my body fat is like20%?

It's hard to tell, I'd say 20-25%. Honestly, I would cut some weight and get to where you feel like you're looking good. It's much easier to bulk once you've gotten lean then to keep bulking without being able to see any muscle progress.

    Bamp

Decided to cut, I've read that during a cut it's important to keep strength gains so should I switch from PHAT to a strength program?

How much would I weigh at 10% assuming I'm at 20%?
