Is there a best way to grow muscle? High weight low reps or even high weight high reps whats the best way to do it?!?

Best way is to have heavy weight days and low weight days, this program does this quite well:

For building muscle whilst having no concern of foundational strength or posterior & anterior chain development, you need to focus on repetitions, time under tension and correct form. This is the quickest way to sarcoplasmic hypertrophy
