    Is there a best way to grow muscle? High weight low reps or even high weight high reps whats the best way to do it?!?

    ^^ i wouldnt say the best way is to have both kind of days. Based on what?

    generally you will grow muscle regardless.
    Lots of weighs are accepted.
    Eg low reps heavy for strength training.

    if you are an ectomorph who's trying to add some mass, i suggest you doing compound exercises with 6-8 reps, train 4 days a week, and eat alot

    To profit from both of them, theres no scientifically proven to be better method so just go with both and gain all the benefits, plus cycling is good helps avoid boredom and increases motivation ^_^ for me at least
