I go to a rather small college and the captain of the cheerleading team asked me to help get her girls in shape.
I was gonna design a workout for them that's mainly got to do with calisthenics but i was gonna try and throw in kettlebells in there too
It'd be a group of about 10-12 girls. Anyone have any ideas for workouts i can include or a program that can direct me to

If they just wanna get "in shape" why wouldn't you just put them on like Starting Strength or ICF 5x5 and add in some cardio/flexibility stuff?
Feb 1, 2013 (started getting serious)/Current maxes at bw of 156-162lbs
Bench 205x3 (went back up about two inches before touching chest)/300
Squat 230x5 (half squat)/350 (below parallel)
Deadlift 185x5/475
Cutting [ ]
Bulking [ X ]

If they are just looking to get into shape that sounds like a combo of strength and endurance, probably leaning more to endurance.
Check out this medicine ball routine: http://www.menshealth.com/fitness/ul...e-ball-workout
It is a good combo of core strength and endurance and cardio.
