basically they saying to keep tension on the muscle by NOT going down too low and by too low I mean not LOW AT ALL and when lifting not to lift too high and again not LIFT HIGH AT ALL !!! I know you not suppose to lock elbows but its far from coming close to locking

have I been doing it wrong ? I always do full 94% ROM I try to lightly touch or at least come 1/2 inch from chest and an inch from locking elbows
in the video its more like 4'' from chest and 4'' from locking really short ROM
what does the misc think

the constant tension is a great method, people tend to rest their muscles when they lock out or have the bench on the chest. you can have more ROM and keep the tension constant, just stop an inch or two before touching your chest, and stop right before the lock out (for bench obviously) and just transfer that method to other exercises
