hey everybody, I have been cutting since august using a ketogenic diet, It has worked wonders for me, I am down to 162 (6', >10%bf) I know keto is not the best for bulking, so I am here to ask how to properly do it with a balanced diet. I don't want to mess this up. I am extremely active, maintenance is at about 3500 cal a day. How much protein is ideal? how much carbs, fats ect?

To Bulk ;
-Calculate TDEE/MACRO needs using THIS THREAD
-Eat at a 10-20% surplus to bulk
-Compose your diet of foods you enjoy that meet your calorie/macronutrient/micronutrient needs
-Monitor weight fluctuation (aim for 1lb/week weight gain) and adjust your calorie intake accordingly
-Partner proper nutrition with an established workout program from the WORKOUT PROGRAMS SECTION
As long as you're meeting protein/fat minimums your remaining calories can come from whichever source of macronutrients you prefer.USMC (2009-2013)
