    insanity while working out?

So I go to the gym 6 times a week and run aswell. I don't like running and was wondering if insanity would be a good replacement for cardio.
    I'm 295 benching 235 1x5 240 1x3
    Squatting 365
    Haven't deadlifted in a while.
What kind of results can I be looking to see with lifting 6 times a week working each muscle twice a week mixed with insanity?

Your results depend on your diet.

what results you can get? It depends on your goals lol. If you want to build muscle/gain strength, than it's all about calories in > calories out. Since cardio burns calories, you have to eat more (or skip the cardio). If you want to lose weight/fat, it's all about calories out > calories in, so cardio is a good tool for that (since you'll use more calories). If you don't like cardio, than don't do it. It's all about diet anyways. Although I like to have my endurance high as well.
You’ve put blood sweat and tears into this, after all these years, every set and rep that you pushed your hardest. Don’t give up now.

In my opinion, I wouldn't do the whole routine, just the warm up phase of the workout because you wouldn't want to exhaust yourself and not leave any strength for the real workout (you can try, if you want though). That's what I'm doing right now.

It's a form of home workout that focuses on interval training using bodyweight exercises.

of course you're not going to do any cardio BEFORE your workout. If you decide to do cardio it should be AFTER your workout.

I finished Insanity awhile ago, if you're already lifting you won't see too many strength gains from Insanity but it is definitely some good cardio if that's what you're looking for.
