Deadlifts
Bent Over Rows
Squats
Good Mornings
Windmills
Windshield wipers
Hanging Leg Raises
Vacuuming
Planking
Of course all this only matters on building, widening, and thickening the abdominals. They won't be prevalent and super defined until bodyfat is lost.I help people get certified as a personal trainer and build fitness businesses.

Didn't have weights and such available (home for the weekend) for some of the exercises so I had to adjust.
Regular Crunches 2x30
Decline crunches 2x30
Lying leg lifts 2x30
Jack knives 2x30
Side jack knives 2x30
Standing stomach vacuums 10 sets of 20 seconds each
Timed leg lifts 2 sets 30 seconds each
Planks 1 set of 40 secs, 2 sets of 30 secs (I failed haha)Nujabes & DJ Okawari
