    Of course all this only matters on building, widening, and thickening the abdominals. They won't be prevalent and super defined until bodyfat is lost.

    Lying leg lifts 2x30
    Jack knives 2x30

    Timed leg lifts 2 sets 30 seconds each
    Planks 1 set of 40 secs, 2 sets of 30 secs (I failed haha)

    By training them, with progressive overload like any other muscle group. You can bulk up, and cut down.. but if you have no abdominal BASE it's pointless.
