Gatorade alternative

I'm mixing my powder supps (creatine, beta alanine, AAKG, CitMal) in powdered gatorade, morning, noon and PWO and just realized how much sugar this adds up to per day. I like using gatorade because it's cheap and I can get a big tub of it. I've seen Crystal Light in supermarkets and would go for it, but it seems pretty pricey per serving. Ideally a drink mix where you add sugar later would be great, not sure what I can get in bulk though.

I added the POWDERED gatorade part because I'm interested in keeping costs down above all (hence taking powdered individual supps rather than premade prop blends.)

.33 cents a piece, not sure if thats a good price as I don't use the powdered stuff but its worth a look

This. Or SOBE water. Zero cals in a varietyvariety of flavors. Also how about Powerade?

I use karbolyn. To me it's like gatorade wo all the sugar. 200calories. 50g carbs. Tastes really good as well. There are similar alternatives as well

Just add all of that to a pre-workout drink. I personally use water to mix all my bulk stuff in. If it tastes bad, I get over it. If anything buy frozen juice concentrates and mix them up. cheap.

Just grab some sugar free Hawaiian Punch flavor packets. It's like $1 for 8 of them and they taste like the real thing, so hhhgnnnnnggg:




I drink like 3-4 of these a day, so good.
