    should i keep bulking or minicut?

    my dilemma is that I want to bench close to 400 before I cut next summer (I don't just bench, but I feel like it will be a good representation of the size I want if I can bench 400 and all of the rest of my lifts are up to par)

    but im also sick of looking like a slob. Ill admit that my diet isn't exactly on point but I do take in enough protein and usually have a surplus of calories. im sick of dat butterface. Ive been shredded before and I love the feeling more than anything but I also want to look relatively large whilst being shredded

    so should I say fuk it and just keep bulking, or say fuk it and cut down on some fat and then clean bulk until next summer?

    Mini cut. Go on maintenance for 1-2 weeks (depending on how long you've been bulking for) and then cut for 3-4 weeks. All clean foods, no brew

    Don't listen to this kunt. If that's as fat as you have to get to bench 400 phuckin pounds then **** aesthetics man. Believe me you'll feel much more like a man after putting up close to 4 plates than you will with abs.

    You look fine man. I wouldn't even bother cutting, it will probably just set your progress back. What is your current Bench 1RM?

    350 is already pretty damn strong. I guess if you wanted to you could maybe do like a 7 week mini cut, drop like 10-15 lbs, and then start bulking again jan 1st. If you can survive the cut without losing strength you could hit 400 by may if you add 10 pounds to your bench a month ( 2.5lbs a week ). How much weight have you been adding to the bar every month up until this point?

    Clean up your diet, you will bulk and cut at the same time. Clean gains will improve the strength.

    IMO i would do the mini cut. You shouldn't lose strength on a mini cut if you do it right. If anything you might get a bit stronger the first few weeks.
