    Hey guys, just wondering if I could get a form check, and possibly some pointers would be awesome.

    Squats - 315 lbs x 2 reps

    Hope to hit 4 plates on the bench by summer 2013
    Hope for squats to exceed bench by summer 2013 (just started really training legs)

    Why should he have his head on the bench? You don't need to have your head on the bench unless it feels better for you or your federation has a rule that it must be in touch with the bench. I prefer 1000 times more benching with raised head for example.
