    Help.. My workout partner schedule is all wrong

    So please tell me what you think.

    Monday- Shoulders, Legs, Traps.
    Tuesday- Chest, Tries. (Hate this the most because I feel like I'm not lifting to my fullest potential due to sore shoulders).
    Wednesday- Bis, Back, Abs.
    Thursday- He repeats the schedule.

    I feel it's very injury prone. Very contradicting.. I am just starting my fourth week of working out and love it. Just how I used to back when I was a gym addict. However my schedule was never like this.

    What do you guys this of his schedule???

    Me personally I would like to have it like this...

    Monday- Chest, Tries, Abs.
    Tuesday - Bies, Back, Cardio.
    Wednesday- Shoulders, traps, abs.
    Thursday- Legs, calfs, cardio.
    Friday- self weight workouts, core/abs
    Saturday- forearms, cardio.
    Sunday - rest.
