Angry Narrow clavicles at age 16 ? will they grow ?

This sucks ... i HATE to be the guy who complains about his genetics but honestly i just cannot escape the pear shape ( bigger ass area than shoulder area ) and i've been at it for quite a long time. And properly. and consistently.
When like ... other guys are born with it.

Again i hate to complain and be envious but god damn it feels ****ty.

Anyways, 16 years of age, much shorter than dad, will my clavicles/shoulders widen ? any experience ?

In the pictures ill be posting they wont look too narrow but trust me they are in reality. feels like i have a girl's frame.

Don't worry about this mate. Youtube 'dumbbell pullover'. It's about to become your best friend. Wide grip pullups will help a lot, too

Do more back exercises. My high school strength coach told me that if all you do is bench your shoulders would be narrow. Back exercises like rows can widen shoulders out.

Also, you have a good 2-3 years of natural growth on the way at only 16. Keep up what you're doing and add those moves. Hope this helps

like the above mentions, lots of back exercises. If you look at my pictures i've done quite a bit on back and love it... if your going for an overall size then do lots of lats and make sure you hit all 3 parts of your delts so you stick out... Good luck bro
We're all going to go down someday, but why go down without a fight?
