Physical - Complete tear of hamstring.
Emotional - Death of Step Dad.

Probably sciatic nerve pain(feels like a knife stabbing you over and over again)/over stretching a muscle(feels like you spill hot oil over your skin).
Emotional would be accepting who I was. Fat loser and needed it to change.

Physical- Perhaps a gnarly case of toneslitis / A few days after a broken hand / 1nce in my life there was a strong blow to meh bawlz

Emotional- TFW a year long dry spell, No Fap, & my onitis who i'm almost convinced is my soulmate has a bf, but i'm a phucking schmuck, but I'm trying to be somebody and prove my worth to her while all at the same time she looks in my eyes like i'm her knight in shinning armor; it's an up hill battle to instantiate and earn self worth and value to impress the woman of my dreams and be a better man then her current beta bf. (100% srs)

physical: getting your face broken in with a tire iron as hard as possible. teeth missing, nose torn off, cheeks broken. also continued to get beat down on the ground. i think i pissed my pants iirc from getting close to passing out when i was falling to the ground.

emotional: eh, im over most things but the person who did that^ i have strong rage towards

Physical: Had two teeth pulled with no numbing. Oh my gawd. or maybe OC spray.

Emotional: Parents suddenly got divorced when I was 13 like, with no warning. No big deal now but at the time it was awful.
