holy sh*t so many dumb mother fckers in this thread. what that piece of sh*t cop did was ILLEGAL, regardless if that bish had been drinking and driving/walked out of her OPEN cell. He acted out of anger and used excessive force. People like him are why cops get so much sh*t, and some of you have the audacity to defend his actions? god damn some of you fuk heads on this site are the biggest beta pro-cop jackasses I have ever encountered.
Imagine that lady as your mother. she fcked up by getting herself in to that situation but some of you think proper consequences should be a busted skull and a bruised body? lol get the fuk out of here
edit: inb4 it was an "accident"
no it fuking wasnt, fuk, I just srsly saw a mod say that. god damn,, degenerate inbred fuktards, end of story. The cop shoved that lady with enough force to send her back into the back of the cell where she fell and busted her head.
sure the cop didnt think that would happen but I could not give a single fuk if he assumed the situation would not have become this grave.
and LOL at "suspension". the cop needs to be charged with assault and battery.Last edited by STLmisc; 10-10-2013 at 03:48 PM.

I'm not sure if my natural Misc hatred for either sloots or cops takes precedence in this situation...

I think only a few trolls ITT are saying w/e she deserved to have her head cracked open. But the reaction of most of the people ITT would have lead me to believe this was some suspect with no definitive charges and the cop grabbed her head and smashed it into the bench. He clearly meant to shove her very hard, but there is virtually zero chance he was doing it thinking, "Man I am going to crack this bitches head open on the bench over there." He ****ed up pushing an unruly drunk way too hard and he should be suspended/deal with the legal repercussions, but the MISC always has a hard on for posting every law enforcement story where there is excessive force. And when/if the story is a cop intentionally beating someones ass/using excessive force with the intention of ****ing someone up, then yeah I see where the outrage comes from. But this guy really just pushed her way too hard and an unfortunate result happened, it wasn't his intended goal.

lmao these responses...
Yes its the womans fault for slamming headfirst into the concrete bench. She should have been able to catch her momentum after being two hand shoved full force in the back by a man twice as heavy as she is. She was arrested for DUI... brb no fukks given...

But that's something children say. You don't shove someone as hard as you can toward a concrete wall and bench only a few feet away and then say it was an "accident" that their face smashed into the concrete and is now bleeding all over the place. You can't purposefully assault someone, and then when they get hurt, say it was an "accident". Again, this is children's logic. And this especially applies when a) you are a cop and the person you shoved is under your authority and has no ability or right to fight back, b) you are a large, full-grown, strong man, c) the person you shoved is half your size and is a woman.
Next time, let memcop defend his own asinine comment.

What will happen is what always happens when police behavior goes under investigation (which only happens when there is a video of it that goes viral online) ... he'll be placed on "administrative leave", which is a fancy term for paid vacation, and then he'll probably be transferred to another department, if anything happens at all.
And as someone earlier in the thread said, do you think that if we see these few random videos of these things happening here and there, that it isn't happening far, far more often and just not 1) being captured on video, and 2) being released online?

Funny thing is before the video was released the cops tacked on a resisting arrest charge, after it was released the charge was dismissed. And she's suing him in civil court because the police said they aren't even going to do an investigation, he's not getting administrative leave or any punishment.

No hate but cops used to protect and serve.
Cops used to be a part of a community, were honored and upheld. Knew people names in the community. Cops used to be heroes.
Nowadays there is a sense of " us vs. them".
It's sad misc. But who was sig?
