am 26 yr 169 cm around 85-86 kg
i start my diet 3 week away with (200g P, 300g C, 45-55g f) (2500 cal ) for around two weeks with using the animal cut
then the third week switch to (250g P, 300g C, 27g f) (2400 cal ) and i went to scale i was 85.9 kg (10 Oct 2013 )
and i train 5 days/week AND DID 50 min walking 3-4 days
i was expecting to drop body wt not gainning
i dont know wiether its from the calorie or the fat or the supp am using
supp:
BCAA + glutamine = 3x day
creatine = 5g with bf + 5g post workout
animal cut= two pac a day
water = 4-5 L
so is it from the diet or from the creatine ?????????????????????????
