Football in college is a job, it isnt the same as highschool, its not the same feeling, at least for me. Because everyone now is playing for money, and the coaches are pushing you so they can keep their job. Just be prepared for a different feeling. My speed training is mainly leg workouts, squats, box squat, and plyometrics. I have a sled i hook to my back and do 40 yard dashes as well.Originally Posted by mlift11
