Everybody saying natural bodybuilding is a joke these days and that it always has been. LOL Pls go.
I see this over and over;
Big
Ripped
Natty
Pick 2.
If you look at a FFMI calculator that can be found here on bb.com;
http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/natu...dybuilding.htm
you will see a 6' man at 10% BF and 200lbs is VERY attainable. please note these figures are based on bodybuilders, so when it says average, it means average against a sample of natural competitive bodybuilders, not random dudes at wal-mart.
You're not gonna be a 250lb mass monster. but over 200 is pretty fkn big. 18" arms, 46" or more chest, 27" legs. not small at all.
This is also assuming your test levels are not fkn poverty. 300-1100 ng/dl is the range for men. if you're on the 400 end of things, yes building muscle will be harder for you, much harder. but with good diet, a good routine, adequate sleep, there is NO reason you can't be big and ripped and natty in a reasonable amount of time.
brings us to this;
first 2 years of lifting, potential for 30 pounds of MUSCLE. that's a TON of fkn muscle brahs. as a natty you will gain some fat of course, but if you bulk wisely, no reason to not stay mostly lean. I've been lifting for ONE year this month, and put on 30 pounds total. based on my before and after BF% about 21 was muscle, 9 fat. not even mad.
The risk;
lots of ppl have family history of enlarged hearts and complications. the heart is a muscle, gear makes muscles bigger, not that hard to see where this is going...will catch up to you sauna or later.
Also;
it's a HOBBY. if you're hobby is lifting, and you don't compete, and you enjoy the journey, not just the destination, there is no reason to ride a bike. it's like wanting to blood dope/EPO to win a charity 5K in your local town. completely stupid.
gear will NOT change your proportions, muscle origins, or inserts. it will NOT change your bone structure. if you're not aesthetic for any of these reasons, you will still be un-aestheic, just bigger and blockier with acne and a puffy face. LOL NO thx. if you're too fkn fat and you need help cutting and you turn to gear, you're just a fkn beta with no discipline. if you can't get big without gear, you probably don't know how to train and eat to begin with.
FINALLY; unless you plan on staying on your bike forever, you will eventually, return to your natural genetic limit. NO EXCEPTIONS. maybe even worse. you don't get to keep those gains that you bought. it's on borrowed time.
CLIFFS:
you can get an amazing feeeziiiikk with no help from drugs.
EDIT: we found the calculator is buggy

this one seems to be more accurate

Just above 22. Got dat excellent rating. Rockin the 95th percentile. Honestly didn't think I would rank like that so I think this may be a bit of broscience. Tests and visual comparisons put me constantly around 14-15% with a 5lb fluctuation in weight.
EDIT: Also lol at sauna or later. I've considered gear but the health fears are always there. Plus dat hair loss, I'm not trying to go bald any sooner than natural.

no hate..but there is probably a !00% chance your saying your BF% is way too low in the calculator.
strong understanding that different compounds have different effects. notice how most pros are at like 6% during a contest, yet still have a chubby face?
but..... Stats: 5'7", 160 lbs, what would you know anyway? you're just guessing based off things you've heard on the internet.
TY
that's fine. no reason to call out others who stay natty names doe. or put them down like some ppl around here do.

like babyslayer said
if you can achieve your goals naturally, why the fuk would you use drugs
if you cant achieve your goals naturally, do it but do it safely.When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that being shredded was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down shredded. They told me I didnt understand the assignment, and I told them they didnt understand life.

You do realize that puffy face and acne can be avoided on a cycle right and everyone nowadays is using roids and are getting ahead while us natty's stay back, no thanks jeff.
4 years of lifting with roids to get natural limit or 7 years of lifting to get natural limit with no roids, decide for yourself, It's BS.

BROOOOOOOO you haven't even started yet. at least fkn lift for a couple years then talk shiit about it.
gotta make sure you're very accurate on your BF% and not guessing it's lower than it is. that one variable will throw off the whole thing by a lot, it will think a couple pounds of fat are muscle ect.
