If you are asking for information to get your financials straight, and she is preventing you from doing so, you need to have proof. Try to get her to rage at you and KEEP EVERYTHING. I got a subpoena and thought it was kind of a joke that I'm getting sued over a breakup. I only went to court so I didn't get a bench warrant (that's what 911 told me would happen when I called them and asked them what the subpoena is and what if I ignore it)

I'm not a lawyer no, but I went through some chit like this before with my ex. BRB had to pay off her lexus and pay for her to get a new house, even though we were never married.

The worst thing bout it is that it came down to either I get raped by the government, or she gets raped, and then sues me.

Depending on how into the IRS you are, and if you have state and federal taxes owed which I couldn't tell from your message, BOTH can come after you. Solving federal first is a big deal, obviously if you're going to go the counter suit route. But be warned, a judgement from a court of 1k per month, depending on income may be FAR nicer than what the govt will do if you piss them off. They can LEGALLY garnish up to 50% of your POST tax wages (state and federal) so even if you hate dealing with this bish, its probably easier to just suck it up, take it as a life lesson and move on.

I go on to tell the judge that when my GF found out about this she went nuts and made me start depositing checks into her account so she could appropriate the money in the way that's best for us.
Her rebuttal? She tells the judge I was giving my brother money to support his coke habit! (WTF my brother has never even done coke, in fact he only has one functioning nostril due to cartilage protruding into one of them from when doctors pulled him out of our mom's pussy with forceps when he was born)
She tells the judge taking control of the money was to keep me out of trouble from my brother's habit - and the "income" was because she was my "money manager" ...

So I am sued on the grounds of "income execution" or some bullsht (I'll upload a pic of the doc when I get it) ...
My ex Wendy gets $1k a month for the next four years. It's not actually alimony but rather "fair income disbursement" or some cockamamey fukksht.

fark I'm so pissed right now. apparently my only course of action is to hire a lawyer and appeal.
