hi guys,
I'm 15 and over the past few months I have added a good amount of weight. I have added 22 pounds over 4 months. I just wanted to know how I can really build a strong base of muscle. I have my major sport starting in 6 months and I just want to add as much mass as possible. I love going to gym I train 6 days a week and I also run on a daily basis. I find it hard to get enough food in with school and preparation and so fourth. I know I train a lot so it's hard for me to get over my maintenance calories. How can I bulk my body up in this time period at least a further 10-15pounds
