    Lightbulb Need tips for stagnation...

    Hey guys,

Been almost 5 months i've started working out 6 days a week, eating like a monster & sleeping like a panda.

I'm very dedicated, disciplined & love the results!

I've taken so much mass and the results are CRAZY!!! At least for me, i see them a lot...

But, lately im seeing very slow changes. I know im not far from stagnation and i wanted to know, is there anything i can do about it or i just gotta continue to train hard and see slow results? I wont go on roids anyways... If that's the only way to boost the changes...

It doesnt matter that changes are slower. As long as there are changes and that im not the only one. That i know its normal

You're not eating as much as you think you are. If you're not making progress.

But based on your post, it seems like you ARE making progress, you're just impatient or expect changes very quickly.

    be patient.

Even if you count your calories, you could be over/under-estimating. Post what you eat in a day.

You're 146lbs.... you could easily put on a solid 50lbs onto your 5'6" frame natty

You are nowhere near your potential.... eat more than you are already eating and train hard

I don't know if this is grounded in scientific fact but it could just be that you've stopped making your noob gains? Just a suggestion.

Edit: Also, what Erik said. If you're ever uncertain, just eat more
