How's the fam, bros? Any improvements in life and/or the gym?

So far this year:
Lost gf of 5.5 years but.....


30 lb weight loss, down to about 13-14% bf
All lifts have increased
Diet change (keto)
Calendar shoot in May
3 potential jobs after school
And so on...

At the moment life is good

Did a calendar shoot saturday. was an interesting experience to say the least.

Looking forward to June and working the booth with the Twinlab Militia, going to be a great time.
