I dont think i ate that many carbs yesterday.. was super fatigued and lazy during workout but managed to finish. Today will be mvp fuel leg day though, can't wait to up my squat and deadlifts.

This works!! I have been doing this training protocol for over a year now. We are roughly 3 weeks out from a photo shoot and I can tell you that with ZERO cardio I am getting tighter and tighter.....Cardio burns muscle especially in a low caloric state.
