I love my converses for lifting! Straight OG style haha. Best $40 ever spent, and they've lasted me over two years now.

Only the finest! and the heels are definitely noticeable, My weight is positioned on my heels, but my biggest problem is I tend to shift my weight inwards, rather then outwards on my heels. Which is also coupled with my continuing problem with my knees buckling inward when I go heaver. Recently, I've been working on a lot of abductors/adductors and hip mobility to improve my situation.

In before Kiz says he likes eye contact on abductor machine!

I agree though neglected. My squat went way up once I started to do them.

Thanks bro. Super Gainers fuel tastes kinda like Gainers Fuel, but a bit sweeter (due to the high amount of carbs), Both are delicious. I give the edge to SGF because of the very much wanted calories per serving. I will use Gainers Fuel when It comes time to maintain weight or add weight at a slightly slower pace.

Chris, it was great meeting you in Columbus. And I'm definitely looking forward to giving that Ripped Fuel a shot... will probably have it fuel my leg workout tomorrow.

What I'd like to see next is an article on Jwheat's training routine, dude is just a massive human being. Made me feel like I was in a land of giants...

I see quite a few people lifting in those. I'm actually considering buying a pair of real lifting shoes though, maybe adidas. I noticed the other day when deadlifting that my current sneakers just don't give me a solid enough flat base. That's probably why some guys lift barefoot, although most places don't allow it.

Keep at it, only a few pounds away! Gaining is tougher than most people think. I'm trying to hit 180 and anything over 170 for me is a struggle...

yeah would like a 10 lb bag of Gainers Fuel but SGF has more overall calories over the shelf life. I take it they both mix like champs? or any subtle differences between the two?

would love to read a jwheat routine for sure. stumbled at 186 for the longest time, and then 190, those 4 calories were hard to add and keep. Compared to when I went from 164-184...harder than it looks that is true!

I use chucks. They feel comfortable. Bulk is tougher for me than leaning out.

Trust me man, once you plateau you're gonna hustle for every lb. My goal weight is close to yours btw the process takes more dedication than the first time.

Who says bulking is hard? Gained 10 lbs in a month and a half just eating at maintenance and I'm not even bulking want to maintain and fill in more, but I just keep on climbing. Poverty metabolism of peace.
