This! Nuts, protein bars, granola bars, bread, peanut butter.. All sorts of stuff that's easy to pack.
Know them feels man, I am away from home from 4:30 am to 7 pm and refuse to eat any sort of fast food. Been packing food for years! Not lookin to gain weight, but throw some stuff in a back pack and munch away!

Definitely this. Working legs or doing deadlifts definitely increase appetite as does sprints...but that is because those exercises burn so many calories. The biggest thing is to eat a big breakfast and then snack between meals. And protein shakes are your friend!
Just don't get your calories in by resorting to high calorie, low nutrition meals like fast food.Twatter: marked4u2c

Personally, (and this is a bit "out there") I would like a post work-out, mixable powder consisting of BCAA/EAAs+creatine+caffeine that tastes like coca-cola (sugar-free, of course). Or even a pre-workout that tasted like coca-cola. If you made that, I would buy a metric ****-ton of both!

Thanks bro. I TRY not to eat any dirty meals. A guy only need so much fat or simple carbs. Simple carbs are fine immediately post workout or even perhaps, as a preworkout. Fats are essential, but if you ingest more than your body can use, it will get stored as fat or at the very least, take up too many calories. If I have my caloric goals (say 300 - 400 cals above maintenance) and my macro goals, it is very hard to eat the required amount of both without going over on something when eating dirty. Staying as close to your macros goals as possible and you will hit your calories dead on. Eating dirty throws stuff out of whack. That being said, I don't count calories or watch macros at all! I just try and eat alot of meals through the day that are healthy. If I start gaining more than a pound a week, I cut back. If I'm not gaining a pound a week, I eat more. Not precise, but it works for me.
Agreed. Received some samples today as well. Thanks TwinLab! Looking forward to seeing what MVP in Fruit Punch tastes like.
Sore as fuark...that is how I'm doing. I would love to see TwinLab come out with a new and improved test boosters that contains some of the following: NMDA (N-Methyl-D-Aspartic Acid), Forskolin 95, Shilajit, etc. Some of those ingredients have given me really good results as test boosters and seem to be in present in some of the more well respected Test boosters. Maybe an affordable creatine nitrate product? Maybe a joint support product that contains glucosamine, chondritin and super cissus all in one?
Also, would love to see evidence of effectiveness of current ingredients already in Twinlab products. Clinicals, studies etc based on human tests as opposed to animal. Not sure if that is already available to us or not, but sure wish more supp companies would offer that. Also, less proprietary blends...but I know that is just a pipe dream haha. Very few supp companies don't have prop blends...but since you are asking what you want to see, figured I would share
Those are my suggestions. Thanks for asking everyone what they want to see. It is great to have supp companies who look to the consumers for product development and feedback. Keep up the good work!Twatter: marked4u2c

Yo Presidente ! whats crackin? I was gonna quickly mention, if I'm not mistaken kicking the idea around of a drinkable BCAA PBA form (I know you guys have it tablet form) launching in the Twinlab Fuel series. As far as flavors personally love an orange/citrus (tangerine/orange type deal), pomegranate cooler, pineapple, apple, grape (most of the flavors I've had great experiences with). Any other suggestions I guess we could vote for them, something that's got that subtle sweetness but won't leave you buzzed with it but still bold and refreshing but with a kick, with a spark. It'd be a perfect complimentary addition to the Fuel series lineup unless I'm missing something.
FTM Gear- I'd be reminisced if didn't mention you guys have sick gear! as chunkx mentioned some of what yall have. As far as designs personally, am a big fan of Diesel and the geometric designs which is why I took a huge liking to the one tank I saw not long ago (was this dark red/orange/purple combo); Very fashion forward and distinct it's the one Jwheat was sporting. Was thinking of a FTM Pro Series abstract outline eagle incorporated design like that tank jwheat wore. A houndstooth design would be ballin on gradient grey/black etc I got some ideas but really align myself with what yall got
Headwear gotta rep Twinlab and shine with the militia whenever possible even on laundry day . Would be nice to have some FTM headwear. Few specific ideas color combos skullcap, flexfit mesh bball cap etc; charcoal or light grey pattern or a black on twinlab (twinlab orange) with "FTM" or "Twinlab" embroidery. got an epiphany of a grey camo- FTM proseries logo slanted overlay and a grey-camo HNNNNG Wouldwear/10 :!Last edited by lowroller21212; 02-06-2014 at 11:40 PM.

Where you guys getting these shirts from?!
Personally, I'd like an all in one pre/intra. Typically I'm adding both my pre (MVP) and my BCAAs into one shaker and taking it 30 mins pre through my workout. But right now I've got a lot of unflavored BCAA/EAA products. I don't care for capped/tab BCAAs. So something with stims for the pre-WO punch, creatine, because I don't like supplementing separately, BA, citrulline malate, agmatine, BCAAs, and carbs (sorry carbophobes) all in one... and hopefully tropical punch flavored!Back in action.
