Decided to start up a new crew. I've seen several miscers who are overweight/obese...so figured we could motivate each other here...
EVERYONE'S BODYWEIGHT WILL BE TRACKED IN THE FORM OF A LINE GRAPH
CLIFFS: if you want to get in on this, just post in this thread with your body weight (makes it easy for me to log them)...i will make a chart once per week to track everyone's progress (every sunday)...also note: you can enter your body weight any day of the week, and as frequently as you like...b/c every bodyweight you log, on any day, will get entered into the chart!!
*There is no official start/end day!! This will be ongoing...indefinitely! (this starts whenever you decide you want to get in on it...and ends when you reach your goal, do it on your own, or give up. Up to you. (hopefully it's when you reach your goal, or do it on your own...and NOT because you give up)
*All Late comers...feel free to join in! Just add your current body weight...and You'll be entered in, the next sunday!
After tomorrow, I won't be able to EDIT this post, so don't spazz out if your name is not in the below list (which was made on October 9th, 2013) So far, these people are confirmed to be IN. I have listed the starting bodyweights and usernames (if there are any corrections that need to be made, please aware me)

And the list below is for people who posted in this thread, who seem like are in on this...but didn't post their current body weight. You may have it listed on your bodyspace, but for many of you, those are not updated...so wanted to make sure I get the most recent bodyweight...so if you're definitely in on this, please update your body weight in this thread, so I can add you to the excel spreadsheet, thx...

24% bf on those hand held things. i took pics 3 days ago. i'm gonna post them up, so you'll see what i'm talking about. all belly/manboobs...and very little LBM. i hate my body shape...that's why i want to change it so bad.
i initially thought i'd have to get down to 180lbs to look decent (b4 i bulk). but others have said i'd probably have to go lower!!!!

strong similar way of thinking bro! but tbh, don't get too caught up in numbers. because your expectations may not be met, and you may have to get to a lower body weight. just go by the mirror, and only use the scale as a point of reference, so that you know ur losing weight each week. otherwise, just go by how you look in the mirror.

18%-19% crew checking in, lets get motivated and do this *******s. Not gonna cut yet, since I'm trying to build my strength. Want to BB Bench 225, Squat 275, DL 315 for 5x5 before I cut again. That being said, I have been still seeing gains in muscle and some fat loss, just not very fast.

That's the spirit. I wish it wasn't the case, but I did this:
320 lb senior yr. high school
~230lb starting college
~215lb and cardio fit sophomore year, injured my knee running ~15-20 miles a week
~260lb junior year post injury
~230lb beginning of senior year and cardio fit again (killed it that summer)
~275lb at end of senior year college
~265lb now
Not really proud of the yo-yo and the wasted time during college. I was so driven and unstoppable at the end of high school.

Calipers put me at 16% or so, tape measure method (height, neck, abdomen) puts me at 18.5%. At 260, that isn't too bad (pretty well over 200lbs LBM). Started cutting about 5 days ago pretty hard after reading both of Chris Aceto's books on fat loss and bodybuilding prep, currently eating 300g protien, ~450 carbs, the rest fat for 3200 cal/day, lost 2lbs already, and that's after a pretty decent sized breakfast.
It's a bit of a pain to track everything, but I think I'll be able to make better progress this way. I've been stuck at 260 for a while, and it's nice to see the scale moving again. Hopefully it keeps up.
