doesn't seem like much, but that's almost 500 cals of pure sugar

I know people that eat like that everyday and wonder why they aren't losing weight

just cutting out those little worthless items will make you lose 1lb/week

i agree with your point. it is just hard because those are by far the best tasting things in the world. except soda

well hazelnuts are high in fats. tho u can make your own nutella at home just owen hazelnuts, then add some olive oil in them some cocoa and mix that chit together in blender and voila.

They don't though. Fat is far more calorie dense than sugar. Sugar on its own isn't a big deal. The problem is that it's really empty calories and junk foods high in sugar tend to be high in fat and low in protein. So you end up with food that is far more calorie dense than it is satiating, and nutritionally empty. This is how people get fat. Natural unprocessed foods don't really exist that are high in calories but nutritionally empty.
