Could pound down a bag of them (200g) a day thinking they were healthy. Turns out I'd gobble down 1300 cals on top of 2300 or so when I was sedentary.
As you'd guess I got big pretty quickly.
I don't get why hardgainers don't utilise this item for bulking and incessantly whinge as to how they can't fit their calorie requirements
brb high calorie to volume ratio.
brb can graze on 200g of assorted nuts throughout the course of a day....constituting 1/3 of daily bulking cals (assuming you're on 3-4000 per day).
brb doesn't cripple your food budget☆☆☆υк ¢яєω☆☆☆

slice of bread. 90 calories. brb peanut butter sandwich = 2 slices of bread (180 cals), 1 tablespoon of butter (100+ cals), 1 table spoon of peanut butter (140 cals)
a fcking poverty sandwich is 400+ calories lmao.
also cadbury celebrations chocolate. brb 112 calories for 2 squares.
caesar sauce, 73 calories per table spoon
mcdouble, 450 cals
dat feel when most of your favourite chocolate bars are actually 2 servings.....mother fckers. and pop corn. brb 2 bag of popcorn but is actually 4 servings. wtf do i do with the rest after i finish my 1 serving?.
