Recently started taking JYM as a pre-workout (good results so far). Plan on trying Hemavol soon, is there any reason I shouldn't stack both of them?

Should be a sweet stack, they should complement each other very nicely.

Also worth mentioning, Hemavol is best taken on an empty stomach about half an hour before the workout with 20+ ounces of water.

I personally just tried it 2 days ago.. Drank it with about 12-13 oz of water and drank half before my workout and was sipping on the other half during the first few minutes of my workout. I don't think I was on an empty stomach either.. As a result, I just felt nothing. I think I was expecting too much from a non-stim pre though.. Not sure. Will definitely give it another try tomorrow
