Stacking Hemavol with JYM?

Recently started taking JYM as a pre-workout (good results so far). Plan on trying Hemavol soon, is there any reason I shouldn't stack both of them?

Hemavol is excellent. It's a stim free PWO. I've stacked it with many different PWO's and had great results.

It's an excellent combo that I will be using again tomorrow morning. The added goodies for the pumps and the extra 2.5 grams of CM really take endurance up a notch.

Lemon Drop is my favorite as well. HemaVol stacks well with just about any pre on the market. I've used it with SuperDrive, C4, Assault, 1MR, WFR, etc. and always had great results.

Gotcha. Typically, I have a light dinner and take my pre-workout about 1.5 hours later. Any reason I would need more time than that before taking the Hemoval?

It's one thing to be part of the small bb.com niche and have access to a plathora of information regarding dosages, but most consumers don't want to research adequate doses and mix their own pre-workouts.

So is it really expensive?

That's exactly what I would do, one scoop of each mixed together.

I personally just tried it 2 days ago.. Drank it with about 12-13 oz of water and drank half before my workout and was sipping on the other half during the first few minutes of my workout. I don't think I was on an empty stomach either.. As a result, I just felt nothing. I think I was expecting too much from a non-stim pre though.. Not sure. Will definitely give it another try tomorrow

Just got back from the gym. Overall, had a great workout, definitely was able to squeeze in a couple more reps in on most of my lifts (especially on incline). I'll try to report back over the next week, hopefully this wasn't a placebo effect.

I stacked Hemavol with a Game Day sample and oh my god did I get a pump...way better than either by themselves. Regardless I've been using Hemavol every workout lately. Really enjoying it.

Same here, been stacking it Neurocore and not feeling anything special. Now when I take Potassium Nitrate, I can feel a difference.

We optimally recommend at least 20 ounces of water.

and drank half before my workout and was sipping on the other half during the first few minutes of my workout.

I'd suggest drinking all of it around 30 minutes preworkout as this is also optimal.

I don't think I was on an empty stomach either..

2-3 hours without a meal constitutes an "empty stomach" for our purposes.

As a result, I just felt nothing. I think I was expecting too much from a non-stim pre though.. Not sure. Will definitely give it another try tomorrow

You shouldn't feel energy from Hemavol as it doesn't contain stimulants. You should feel a certain level of focus, especially at 2 scoops, because of the Alpha-GPC in the formula.

Also keep a workout journal, you should see marked increases in endurance and other performance.
