I was looking in my mom's book on keto and it said that asprin increases levels of insulin with changed metabolism and inhibits weightloss

I would have to say that is a load of ****. Also aspirin is known to decrease the level of catecholamines (spelling?) in your body which could slow fat burning; but as it has been proven before aspirin speeds fat burning when combined w/ EC
