Your body will respond differently to different types of food, keep your macros and calories where they need to be and just experiment to see what works best for you. There is no universal answer for this. Thankfully my body responds really well to chicken. Figure two breasts per chicken means I have directly contributed to the deaths of several thousand of those yummy little birds.
