It's come to my attention that many people, including myself, wan't to see an official All Pro SBR Progress Pic Thread. I checked the forums, and although my searching skills are not the best I did not seem to see one anywhere else so I'm hoping to start on up here to give others and myself some workout inspiration. It's pretty simple, put up your Before and After pics, possibly even a caption on the bottom to get an estimate of your starting and current weight and possibly the time frame and your good to go! No flaming or hating on here, just 'mirin! Let the pictures roll!
I'll start with mine. Just as a little insight, I stopped a few months before I took this pic (stopped midway through my 5th cycle) and after a long pause I am going to start up once again to try to max out my gains on this before switching over to the intermediate routine.
Hope to see a lot of inspiring pics on this thread real soon!

I feel like the All Pro Workout is too little volume with only 2 sets. I've been doing it for 6 weeks now. Today I went back to doing a split (did chest today) and I think I'm going to go back to doing a split instead of the full body workout.
I guess it just depends on the person, because what might be easy for someone might be difficult for someone else, but I just really don't understand why the All Pro Workout is only 2 sets.My Routine: Lift, Eat, Sh*t, Sleep

im no expert but yet its true.. just like any workout, it depends on the person. but the all pro routine is built basically for beginners so they can gain enough muscle and strength to hit that threshold of being "intermediate lifters" which basically means bench pressing your bodyweight, doing 1.5 x bodyweight in squats and for the most part gaining approximately 25 lbs of muscle. and from your pic it looks like your probably far past that so an intermediate split would probably be more appropriate. for my puny ass on the other hand, this routine is a great start.
u wouldnt happen to have any before and after pics u could post up, do u?

The volume is deceptively high, due to the 3 workouts per week. Even at 2 work sets, during weeks 4 & 5 you are doing quite a lot of volume, not too different to what you'd be doing in a beginner's 5x5 (and MORE than what you'd be doing once you switch to 3x5). Weeks 1 & 2 seem easy, as it's a programmed deload compared to the unscheduled deloads inherent in most routines.
For instance, Weeks 3-5 of All Pro's routine has you doing 60, 66, and 72 squat reps per week with 60-70% of your 1RM, respectively. Popular 5x5 routines for beginners would have you doing somewhere between 25-50 Squats per week with 80-85% of your 1RM. If you're a math wiz, you'll notice the volumes are extremely close. Of course All Pro's uses medium/lights days as well which slightly reduces overall volume, but aids in recovery and prevents overtraining.

Just finished my 2nd cycle yesterday. I'm taking progress pics at the end of every cycle. I know it's only 5 weeks, and there probably won't be much in terms of noticeable gains in that time frame.
I've gained 3lbs over this cycle, but that was all in the first week after starting creatine. Since then, I have just been hovering around an average of 188 and floating up and down a pound or two every time I weigh in. My lifts are improving steadily though which is a good sign.
Anyone see any difference in physique, or is this probably just a water weight gain?

is that a JOKE?! for once cycle that is great man! I know you probably don't see much and hey what can you expect right? its one cycle! but still I see improved definition on your biceps, and shoulders.. while seeing exceptionally improved growth in your chest man! good work bro, your getting repped!
and hey just for the record, a progress picture every cycle is not a bad idea and is not too frequent. i personally do it once a month (so even more frequently) and i try to also keep note of how much i weigh at each cycle.. also try to take some pics of your back and legs too! (and check out the nutrition stickies if you arent gaining weight because that is necessary) other than that I hope to see you soon with improvements!
