Can't offer any advice, but looking great OP, best of luck in the competition.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

In the last three days of your competition try to eat 300grams of carbs it depends on your weight, that is how water gonna disappear of your body. second thing not every colour fits your body, so try to find a good colour the product called Dream Tan. remember in mens physique posing is different not like bodybuilding, I recommended to go to youtube by typing Mens physique contesnt. and remember always first three weeks try to intake only protein and before the contest in three days eat 300g of carbs.... in the competition day drink water and something like Tamer(its in arabic)so you will not be hungry by the way good luck
