    Thumbs up 10 month transformation! You be the judge?

    Deadlift (1 Rep max): 110 pounds--> 221 pounds

    Squat (1 Rep max): 105 pounds--> 205 pounds

    Bench (1 Rep max): 80 pounds --> 160 pounds\

    progress is evident, especially chest and arms... looking a bit leaner in the stomach area as well... and your right side of the trap peaked out more, can't see the trap in full... keep up working hard, nice progress so far.

    Any positive progress is success imho. But if you want my honest truth, you could have done much more in 10 months time. If you were consistent for 10 months, following a proven program, and eating correctly, your lifts would be much higher. Don't get me wrong, you've definitely changed for the better, but could have done more, especially being that you're a beginner lifter.

    Thanks bruh appreciate the honesty, I'm only 16 so a lot of time left ;D. Oh and in those 10 months, I probably took something like a 3-4 month break if you add it all up so it definitely wasn't 100% 10 months.
