Any positive progress is success imho. But if you want my honest truth, you could have done much more in 10 months time. If you were consistent for 10 months, following a proven program, and eating correctly, your lifts would be much higher. Don't get me wrong, you've definitely changed for the better, but could have done more, especially being that you're a beginner lifter.
