Normal. Keep it up, Goodluck Kid.
Weak Ass Lifts:
Bench Press: 85kg (188) x 2
Deadlift: 160kg (353) x 1
ATG Squat: 116kg (256) x 1 (Heels on 10kg plates = awkward, terrible balance, pain and damage to the knees every time, constantly.)
Bone spurs in the ankle joint crew. Flexibility hours a day but still can't bend at my knees crew.
Who was moon shoes? Ask me and we can go on a journey together.

Don't get too concerned with what others are doing, focus on your own progression, compare to yourself. 150 bench after 4 months though, ain't bad for a complete beginner, 4 months in I was only doing 175x5, most people I know still struggle at half of that, but that's mostly due to ****ing around. It varies, it's a 1xBW bench though, solid start, just keep moving forwards, push that to 200, 250, 300, keep pushing it higher, and you'll go far.

Depends on your goals bro. Are you looking to improve your physique? gain strength? It took me a few years to realize that it's not how much you lift but how you lift, and thats coming from somebody looking to improve the physique. But i guess i will answer your question...yes for your age/size/time lifting it is pretty good.

Completely normal!
I am a champion bodybuilder, and many others in my gym lift more than I lift. Don't even pay attention to the weight, but instead think about how your muscles feel during each contraction. Really think about the muscle that you are working and keep a full range of motion/form. You'll be surprised at the pump you get and the quicker results that will set in...Paul Teixeira
