    Help please. Belly fat or bad posture

    Can any one help. My lower abs/belly seem to stick out, is this due to fat or bad posture?

    You don't seem to have any anterior pelvic tilt going on, or any curvature in the lumbar. I'd say that's the good ol' stubborn fat zone we all know and love.

    It's definitely fat. It's just one of those things that a lot of people have and yours isn't bad at all....it can be a pain to learn to get rid of if you've never personally done it before. Once you figure it out and really watch the diet on a consistent basis, it's fairly easy though.

    Another vote for fat.
    Started in April, 2013 at 212 lbs. Completely inactive at the time. Fat with zero muscle mass.
