Take whatever is going to help you meet your macronutrient goals for the day.
I'd suggest some red meats.USMC (2009-2013)

do you like a thin drink or a thicker shake, the isolates tend to be a bit thinner what i've noticed...
secondly you want less fats, but since you're a vegetarian where are you getting your daily fats from? eating nuts or avacado's? just saying this because you do NEED some fats through out the day.
thirdly what are your goals? bulk up, lose weight?
personally I have a variety of proteins, whey/casein/isolate/egg...why not get an isolate and a blend...something like cellucor(i think its a blend?), phase8 or trutein for a blend, and i actually like the gaspari for isolate.Runner Crew (48.6 miles Dopey Challenge -- Completed)
