I've been noticing you've been doing sometimes 5x5, 3x5, 2x5, on the squats? So do you always do 5x5 or not?

Anyways, looks like everything is going okay for you, and your increasing your rows everytime (seems like you were born with a naturally strong back).

Nah man the only reason i do 3x5 or anything is because i can't finish my sets, i know that i will not be able to finish my next set, because it was a grinder on the last set. I am doing 5x5 but with accessory work its 3x8 and 3x5 for heavy chins.

Also i used to have a really weak back and i have finally started gaining strength and fast

Hows your nutrition like nowadays? Maybe you should bump up your calories and I guess it might help you get a little extra push on the bench press.

It's definitely hotter up in Queensland, but I'm pretty sure you'll get through it big guy.

Hey when Autumn/Winter rolls in and as the days start getting colder you will be making crazy strength gains for sure.

I know it's never easy squatting heavy in thirty plus degree heat. When it's colder it will be better for sure.

    Anyways keep it up man.

sorry guys i had a really ****ty week last week and just couldn't bring myself to post. A lot of **** on my mind and now i can squat, deadlift, or good morning because i have a hip flexor injury which really sent me crazy because i can't do my favourite exercises. So this week i won't be doing those exercises anytime soon. Shed a tear brahs. I have also finished work and now i have 2 weeks of sitting on my ass doing nothing so i have had to drop a **** load of calories, kinda depressing.
Anyways got a photo of food i had last night

So this week i won't be doing those exercises anytime soon. Shed a tear brahs. I have also finished work and now i have 2 weeks of sitting on my ass doing nothing so i have had to drop a **** load of calories, kinda depressing.
Anyways got a photo of food i had last night

    Mirin strong healthy meal bro.

Maybe this should be the time you should up a bit more of your mobility work and oh using voltaren heat gel helps a lot with soft tissue damage (I've used it on my knees, elbows, shoulders, and hips), and works wonders (srs). Yeah, **** like that happens bro, every natty lifter pushing themselves are easily prone injuries occassionally throughout their lifting journey (it happens...)

Don't ever feel to down on yourself, it happens. The best you can do is work what you have now and soon you'll be back squatting/deadlifting.

thanks for the advice brah. I will try that **** out. As for mobility i foam roll a lot and i love it, but hey i could always do it more.
Yea man i have come to the realization that i getting injured can be prevented, but not impossible, so i take the good with the bad. I will just do what i can and push myself
