    Left for St. Louis on friday. Played lax games on saturday and sunday...my legs are really feeling it. Pushed myself in both, regardless of my ingress (pulled groin and calf). Because of that both my legs are super sore today. Sooo i took an ice bath instead of training. No pain, no gain.
