    Exclamation fat grips

    When to use them and which excersises?
    I don't want to use them on every single exercise .. any help

    i would just use them for curls and wrist curls... theyre mainly for forearm (grip) development

    I was thinking of that except farmer walks or barbell holds .

    I would use them for just about everything. My hands are too big for the normal sized bars though

    I like them for bench and shoulder press as well. Deadlifts are quite a challenge.
