    Cutting: Purple Wraath/Xtend Usage?

    I have both products and was wondering when I should use them and how much I should use.

    I was thinking 1.5 scoops intra-workout and 1 scoop before cardio. Does this seem fitting?

    Also, which seems to be the superior when cutting?

    If you are training fasted I would use 2 scoops before working out. If you aren't you can take Purple Wrath during workouts and perhaps Xtend in one large bolus pre workout or between meals.

    So Purple Wraath is generally better as an intra and Xtend throughout the day?

    EAA's more beneficial intra-workout ,
    BCAA's would be better pre-workout or dosed between meals (spaced 4-6 hours apart) Via Layne Norton's research on Muscle Protein Synthesis

    I have seen Mr Cooper post this quite often.
