I have both products and was wondering when I should use them and how much I should use.
I was thinking 1.5 scoops intra-workout and 1 scoop before cardio. Does this seem fitting?
Also, which seems to be the superior when cutting?

EAA's more beneficial intra-workout ,
BCAA's would be better pre-workout or dosed between meals (spaced 4-6 hours apart) Via Layne Norton's research on Muscle Protein Synthesis
