Having a big nose isn't necessarily a bad thing, plenty of guys and girls can pull it off. It's the shape that matters, and rhinoplasty is one of the most simple and socially accepted cosmetic surgeries there is. Of all the aesthetic problems someone could have, a big nose is near the bottom or at the bottom of the list in terms of importance. Losing your hair is the worst, after that I'd say a weak jawline/chin would probably be next.

i got a really good doctor in orange county, CA to do mine (plastic surgery capital of the US lol), he cost i think 6.5-7k but he did a great job. i told him i didnt want a small nose per se, but only an aesthetic one that fit my face and he did a fantastic job.

normally i think they cost around 4-5k. and honestly the only plastic surgeries people notice are the ones that go bad... the entire purpose of plastic surgery/rhinoplasty is to get a natural looking nose "you should have had" so people will never know you even had one.
