I been doing Tom Mutaffis 3-Day Split for 20 weeks now. It's a pretty decent program but I want to switch it up now. Before this program I did Kris gethins 12 week program twice and before that I did other programs.
I use to do a 4 days on and then 1 off. Then repeat again so each body part was getting hit twice in a week. I'd really like to do a program with a twice per week again. Right now I'm only working out 3 days a week and I feel like it makes it harder to stay focused.
What program should I try? I been reading all the sticky programs but none really seem to be twice per week.
