    New program

    I been doing Tom Mutaffis 3-Day Split for 20 weeks now. It's a pretty decent program but I want to switch it up now. Before this program I did Kris gethins 12 week program twice and before that I did other programs.

    I use to do a 4 days on and then 1 off. Then repeat again so each body part was getting hit twice in a week. I'd really like to do a program with a twice per week again. Right now I'm only working out 3 days a week and I feel like it makes it harder to stay focused.

    What program should I try? I been reading all the sticky programs but none really seem to be twice per week.

    Buy Jim Stoppani's book Encyclopedia of muscle & strength, read it, and build your own. Then continue to tweak it based on what works for you

    Layne Nortons PHAT hits everything twice a week, it's a 5 day program .. type it into google and it will pop up

    i've never done the program myself but it looks interesting and i plan to give it a try in the future
