    Push pull legs rate it.

    Does my 3 day ppl routine look ok, starting a new bulk.


    chest shoulders

    flat bench x4
    incline db press x4
    db flys x10
    front press x4
    upright rows x3
    lat raise x3

    back and arms

    deadlift x4
    bent row x4
    tbar row x4
    one arm db row x3
    bb shrugs x3
    bb curl x3


    legs and triceps

    squat x4
    leg raise x4
    db lung x3
    heel raise x3
    dips x3
    tricep pushdown x3
    skull crushers x3

    Why not do your tri's on push day...and add a bit more to the leg routine?

    and switch a row from your back day to a vertical pull like pull ups or pull downs. I might also take out another row and do a back iso movement like pullovers and strait arm press downs. Then do your deadlifts when you finish the back exercises

    I like doing triceps with legs, also I train at home and no access to pull ups or pulldown equipment, that's why i have added rows.

    You realize of course that doing dips also hit the chest and shoulders pretty good.

    I think your leg routine is a bit light...especially if your on a bulk.

    Really it depends on intention and I guess on you. I do pullovers on my back days and don't feel it at all in my chest, but some guys do them for their chest. Your mind controls what your working, so try it and really focus on your lower lats and serratus. If you cant get a feel, then don't do it
