First - Thank you to everyone who's supported me thus far. I'd be nowhere without the support, motivation, advice, courage and honesty of everyone here on the boards <lurkers included> If I've helped or inspired even one person to go out and work for what they desire, then I can honestly say it's been paid forward. I feel as though I still owe the universe a few favors ..but .. I promise to pay what I owe and then some
Second - Competing <on a real BB stage!> is still on my bucket list. Maybe I'll get there this cycle, maybe I won't, but I plan on having a hell-u-va lotta fun along the way!! What I can say is that I haven't seen a 129.x on the scale in..6 years? I've never been this lean and this strong and it feels f*@king amazing.
The final destination might be TBD, but the #Outwork mentality is never in question.

So, my push workout ended up being chest, back and biceps lol
I felt like doing pullups, so I did
Don't remember the exact sets/reps but here are the exercises I did:
Flat Bench Press
T-Bar Row (supported)
Pullups
Pec Fly
DB Curls
Dips
Preacher Curls
Core
All in all, a damn fine day!
Legs tomorrow. Maybe I'll test drive front squats again.

Wobbling around today still. Been a while since I leg pressed. I was to gassed to hack squat after... It feels like I haven't hit legs hard in a while. I'll have to fix that fast.......

nice leg presses. I am incorporating two days a week for legs. The last time I went a full week without doing legs, I paid the price with severe DOMS. It sucked. Never again. Plus, if I want my legs to look even remotely close to yours I got to hit them hard. :-)
