Hit my one one year mark here on the forum. Figured I would post 1 year progress pics as well. Was a bit upset when I looked at them side by side. I had a few months off due to injury and personal issues so I wont be to hard on myself but I know I could have down better. Give me some input

Yup had some man boobs. Losing weight and gaining an actually chest made them go away lol. I started with a lean bulk in the beginning when I was skinny fat. Being that it was a long time since I lifted I gained some mass and dropped a bit of bf. From there I cut down till I seen a bit of abs and started to lean bulk again.
