Hey all i need ur advice.Duno what to do shoud i eat at maintance calories,shoud i bulk or cut.Got 1 week on caloric defecit -500 calories my maintance is aboth 2650 and im hungry all the time.As a bigginer do u think is good to fokus on losing fat?can i gain strengh when im losing fat?Have alot of fat on my stomach and sides and alot on my butt and my leggs also on chest. Do u think im skinnyfat??Is this routine good for me?Rly need ur advice.

Pull-Ups (or Lat Pull-Downs)
3 sets of 8-10 reps.
2 minutes rest between sets.
Overhead Shoulder Press
3 sets of 8-10 reps.
