    Begginer need advice shoud i maintance,cut or bulk(pic included)?

    Hey all i need ur advice.Duno what to do shoud i eat at maintance calories,shoud i bulk or cut.Got 1 week on caloric defecit -500 calories my maintance is aboth 2650 and im hungry all the time.As a bigginer do u think is good to fokus on losing fat?can i gain strengh when im losing fat?Have alot of fat on my stomach and sides and alot on my butt and my leggs also on chest. Do u think im skinnyfat??Is this routine good for me?Rly need ur advice.

    This is my routine
    Week 1 cardio 3 times a week 20 min

    Monday: Workout A
    Tuesday: off
    Wednesday: Workout B
    Thursday: off
    Friday: Workout A
    Saturday: off
    Sunday: off
    Week 2

    Monday: Workout B
    Tuesday: off
    Wednesday: Workout A
    Thursday: off
    Friday: Workout B
    Saturday: off
    Sunday: of

    Workout A

    Squats
    3 sets of 8-10 reps.
    2 minutes rest between sets.
    Bench Press
    3 sets of 8-10 reps.
    2 minutes rest between sets.
    Rows
    3 sets of 8-10 reps.
    2 minutes rest between sets.
    Workout B

    Deadlifts
    3 sets of 8-10 reps.
    2 minutes rest between sets.
    Pull-Ups (or Lat Pull-Downs)
    3 sets of 8-10 reps.
    2 minutes rest between sets.
    Overhead Shoulder Press
    3 sets of 8-10 reps.
    2 minutes rest between sets.

    i'd personally do a slow bulk for a while to add some lbm then cut, up to you though and yes you are 'skinnyfat'

    You actually don't have a bad starting physique. I think you should eat at maintenance for 3-4 months and take advantage of newbie gains and then reassess. Bit IMO you could cut or bulk, either way I think you will be happy.

    could not have said it better myself. the winter is bulking time. also, you're skinny fat. newbie gains will be maximized if you bulk.
