This journal was awesome, great transformation. How are you doing now? I'm really thinking I should get a gym membership, seems like you can do so much more with a workout with gym access than at home.

The great things about gyms are that most people are there for the same goal, improving one's physical fitness. Most are willing to help and give you pointers to meet your goals. Most gyms will offer a trial so that you can see if it is for you. Give it a shot and see where it goes!
